01 · Production
Everything starts from the production sheet.
Dates, venue, client, status: the production is the single place everything else hooks into — equipment, technicians, vehicles, documents, quotes. To know where you stand, you look at one page, not seven.
- Binders for fairs and tours: several productions under one roof, with the costs of non-billable productions split across billable ones by incidence.
- Client quotes and external quotes, with your own types and categories.
- Estimate-versus-final variance statistics: see where the margin moves, production by production.
- Notes, attachments, transport documents and load plans stay linked to the production that generated them.
What it looks like day to day
The sheet's menu marks with a colored dot the sections that contain something: at a glance you see where the equipment is, where the documents are, where nothing has been done yet. When an event slips, dates shift in one move; when a job resembles one you've done, you clone it and start from there.
02 · Inventory
The warehouse answers the scanner.
The inventory is alive: every item has its sheet, composite products know their components, and availability is computed on the real dates of your productions.
- Load plans with QR and RFID: MIS RFID Scanner verifies check-outs and returns by reading the cases, without retyping them. It is available on Google Play for the Newland MT93 Megattera Pro UHF handheld.
- Composite and virtual products, with a reference container for rate calculation.
- Consumables (in beta): purchased and recovered lots, dedicated prices, visible costs and margins.
- The equipment planner shows commitments on dates: if a mixer is already out, you see it while planning — not on a printed slip.
For the warehouse keeper
With MIS RFID Scanner, the warehouse operator sets custom quantities during bulk scanning, sees the product type on the load plan, and updates counts while working. The app requires an authorized Made In Show account and compatible hardware; the handheld is purchased separately.
03 · Crew
Technicians, teams and vehicles in a single planner.
Who's available, who's already booked, at what rate: people planning lives in the same calendar as the equipment, with the constraints in plain sight.
- Technician planner with filters by active rate and type.
- Per-production teams, email call sheets, rooming lists for tours.
- Absence presets and meal preferences on the technician sheet, included in the production summary export.
- Technician compensation on non-billable productions too.
For whoever coordinates
The production code shows up in technicians' reports, applications come from real people, and the team is managed from the production sheet — where you already are.
04 · Administration
Administration lives in the system, not in an export.
Quote, final statement, XML electronic invoice for the Italian SDI, payment schedule and collections live inside MIS, linked to the productions that generate them. No double entry, no bridging spreadsheets.
- Outgoing invoices linked to productions: revenue reads from the work, not from guesswork.
- Payment schedule and collections with configurable categories (accounting-only, estimates, export preselections).
- Filterable exports for expenses, collections, SDI invoices, extra-SDI and foreign ones — by category too.
- Economic statistics with business unit support.
The boundary, stated plainly
The electronic invoice is born in MIS already as SDI-ready XML; transmitting it remains your gesture, and legal archiving stays with your own channel. We'd rather say it as it is than write 'end-to-end' and let you find out.
