Contact form
The data you send (name, email, message and, if you fill them in, company, sector and timing) is recorded and kept on SyncLab Studio SRL systems in order to handle your request and reply to you. Name, email, message and acknowledgement of this notice are required to use the form. The legal basis is the performance of the pre-contractual steps you ask for; for other requests, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. The privacy checkbox confirms you have read this notice and does not authorise newsletters or other promotional messages. Requests with no contractual follow-up are deleted within 24 months of being closed. If a contract follows, the necessary data is kept for the periods set for that relationship and by law.
Cookies and analytics
The origin of your visit and any advertising parameters in the link (p, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, oppref and UTM) travel with your internal navigation and are stored with your request, without cookies or browser storage. They let us understand which campaigns generate contacts, on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring how effective our communication is. Origin parameters are kept for up to 90 days; the log of uploads to advertising platforms for up to 12 months. When a request or a booked demo comes from an ad click, we send the platform that originated the click — Google Ads or OpenAI — only the click identifier, the time of the conversion and an internal code whose sole purpose is to avoid counting it twice, so it can be attributed to the campaign. We send no personal data: not your name, not your email, not your message, not any other contact details. This sharing also rests on our legitimate interest in measuring how effective our communication is. You can object to this use by writing to the controller. Cloudflare handles the technical data needed to serve and protect the site; Turnstile checks that the form is not used by a bot, processing technical signals from your browser and connection, including your IP address.
Providers and data processors
Cloudflare, Inc. provides the site hosting, the delivery network and the Turnstile anti-spam protection. For these services it processes data on behalf of SyncLab Studio; to improve Turnstile it also processes technical signals as an independent controller, under its own notice. The service that stores requests is hosted by Hetzner Online on servers located in Germany; its backups are kept by Amazon Web Services in Ireland, also within the European Union. Providers processing data on our behalf are appointed as processors and act on our instructions. Requests concerning our sector may be shared with the authorised reseller who handles the commercial relationship, in order to follow up on the request. The click identifiers described above are shared with Google Ads and OpenAI, which process them as independent controllers under their own notices. Transfers to Cloudflare, Google and OpenAI, based in the United States, rely on the safeguards required by European law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@synclab.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Product and customers
Data processing inside the MIS platform is governed by customer contracts and their documentation, not by this page.
