For the crew
Your free dates, in one link
My availability is the free tool for live event technicians and freelancers included in Made In Show: it gathers the gigs planned by the companies you work with into a single calendar, lets you mark unavailability, and generates a public link showing your free and busy dates for the next 90 days — without revealing who you work for.
The problem
“Are you free on the 8th?”
Freelancers working with several rental companies live on calls and messages to lock in dates. Every company has its own planner, none of them sees the others, and your real agenda lives in your head. The result: double bookings, late replies, lost dates.
How it works
One calendar, every company
If a company you work with runs Made In Show, the gigs they assign you show up on their own in your personal calendar at foh.madeinshow.app. Working with several companies on MIS? You see them all together. Add unavailability by hand — holidays, other jobs, personal plans — with a note if needed.
The public link
Share your dates, not your details
Your public link only shows free and busy days for the next 90 days: never client names, never gig details. Send it once to whoever calls you for work, and they stop asking “are you free?”. With the iCal feed you get your busy dates in your phone's calendar too.
Pricing
Free. For real.
It's free for technicians, with no limits and no ads: it's part of the Made In Show ecosystem. You create your own account at foh.madeinshow.app, free — and if the companies you work with use MIS, your gigs show up on their own.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost for a technician?
Nothing: the foh.madeinshow.app account is free for every technician, with or without companies on MIS. It's not a free trial — it's simply free.
Who can see my calendar?
Only you can see the private page. The public link only shows free/busy for the next 90 days, with no client names and no gig details.
How do I activate it?
Sign in at foh.madeinshow.app and open “My availability”. No account? Create one there in a minute, free — and if a company you work with uses MIS, they may have already created it for you.
Can I see it in my phone's calendar?
Yes: the calendar has an iCal feed — busy days only, no details — you can add to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
I'm a company: how do I give this to my technicians?
Technicians in your Made In Show installation's directory already have it included. Not on MIS yet? Book a demo.
