The model is simple by design here too: a fee per manager user — the people who manage and edit — and a reduced fee for the operational user, who works without access to financial data and quotes. Viewer accounts are free. No surprise add-ons.
The manager user manages and edits productions, inventory, crew and administration, within the permissions you assign. The operational user, at a reduced fee, prepares loads and plans crews without access to financial data and quotes. The fee follows who runs the platform, not the size of your company.
Freelancers and collaborators get in at no cost: they see their own calendar and the productions they're booked on, each with their own permissions. Adding them costs nothing.
Productions, RFID-backed inventory, crew, administration with electronic invoicing, and both mobile apps: every feature is part of the offer, and what each user sees depends on their profile and permissions. A compatible RFID handheld is purchased separately. New features arrive with updates, not with a module price list.
