Finance

Invoicing lives in the system, not in an export.

Quotes, final statements, electronic invoices (Italian SDI XML), due dates and payments live inside MIS, linked to the productions that generate them. No double entry, no reconciliation spreadsheets. The invoice is born already as SDI-ready XML; transmission and legal archiving stay with your own channel.

Every customer gets a dedicated database — not a shared schema — with permissions that separate who operates from who sees the numbers. Export everything, whenever you want; at termination, your data comes back to you.

Planning

The AI assistant you already use connects directly to MIS, but only for the users an administrator enables — and the administrator decides whether the AI can only view the data or change it too. Ask for availability, the status of a production or a statistic in one sentence — and the answer comes from your data, not from a model guessing.

What is Made In Show?
A vertical management platform for live-event, show and conference production companies: it manages productions, warehouse workflows including RFID, crew, vehicles and electronic invoicing in a single system.
Who is it for?
Audio, lighting and video rental companies, staging providers and event production companies — from the quote to the invoice, with the warehouse and the people in between.
How does my AI connect to MIS?
Through a standard connector (MCP) compatible with Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Access is managed inside MIS: an administrator decides who can use AI and whether the AI can only view the data or also change it, always within that user's own permissions. We're starting with pilot customers.
Can the AI modify my data?
Only if you decide so. With the MIS connector, AI access starts disabled for every user: an administrator turns it on, choosing user by user whether the assistant can only view the data or also create and modify it. And it never sees more than the user behind it does.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes: every installation has a dedicated database, native exports, and data return at termination.
Does MIS issue electronic invoices?
Yes: the outgoing invoice is born in MIS already as SDI-ready XML, linked to the production that generates it; received invoices are imported as XML. Transmission to the SDI and legal archiving stay with your usual channel — we'd rather say it plainly than write 'end-to-end'.
