Made In Show (MIS) is the management software for live-event, show and conference production companies, in use since 2014. In Italy it is distributed by RM Multimedia: your RM sales contact remains your point of reference, as always. MIS was at the RM Multimedia stand at MIR in both 2025 and 2026.
The short answer
One system, from quote to payment
MIS follows the work in the order it actually happens: open the production, book the equipment, call the crew, close the books. Electronic invoicing with SDI-ready XML is included, along with both mobile apps. The fee is per manager user — the people who manage and edit —, reduced for operational users, and viewer accounts are free: no add-ons to assemble. Your data stays yours: a dedicated database, native exports, and it's returned to you when you leave. Thirty minutes of demo are enough to see if it fits.

The quote becomes the production
The quote turns into the production record: dates, client, equipment, crew and transport all live in the same place. The quote-to-actual variance tells you, production by production, where you made money and where you didn't. The outgoing invoice is born already as SDI-ready XML, linked to the production that generates it; transmission and legal archiving stay with your own channel.
The warehouse answers to the scanner
Every item has its own sheet, and availability is calculated on the real dates of your productions. QR labels and RFID tags go on the cases: load-plan check-outs and returns are verified by reading, not by retyping. The warehouse operator works with the MIS RFID Scanner app; the compatible RFID handheld is purchased separately.
Crew shifts and availability
Technicians, teams and vehicles all live in one planner: who's free, who's already booked, at what rate. Crew calls go out by email and also reach the Made In Show app, where technicians see their calendar and confirm their availability.
What goes through RM Multimedia
RM Multimedia distributes Made In Show in Italy. You don't change vendor: your RM contact remains your point of reference, and the software adds to what you already do together.

Start-up
At start-up we review the exports you already have and agree on what to load: contacts, price list, warehouse. You usually start with new productions; the team learns on the job, with contextual guides in Italian inside the software.
